The State Property Fund is offering investors 35 leased facilities for investment in the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, the Fund's press service informed.
The head of the State Property Fund, Konstantin Koshelenko, said that a transparent lease could boost economic activity in the area and promote its revival.
He said that due to the impossibility of privatization in the exclusion zone, rent remains the only tool here to attract investment. At the same time, there is a significant tourist potential, a promising market for services and opportunities for "green" energy facilities.
Vacant properties can be found on the website, all auctions are held online. You do not need to go to the exclusion zone to get consultations, you can contact the regional branch of the SPFU (Holosiivskyi district, Kyiv).
